BCC IT Innovation Co., Ltd. (“Company”) provides a loyalty program service via its Consumer App and Cashier App (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

We collect personal information in the following ways:

    Any individual who registers for and uses the Service.

  • 2. “Account”:

    The user profile created when you register for the Service using a valid email address, phone number, Google account, or Apple account.

  • 3. “Service”:

    The loyalty program and related features offered through our apps, including but not limited to points accrual, redemption, and promotional offers.

3. Registration and Account Creation

1. Registration Process:

  • • To use the Service, you must register by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

  • • You may register using any of the following methods:

  • Email:

    Provide a valid email address and follow the verification process.

  • Google Account:

    Use your Google account credentials for registration.

  • Apple Account:

    Use your Apple account credentials for registration.

  • Phone Number:

    You may also register using your phone number. In this case, a verification process (such as an OTP sent via SMS) will be required to confirm your identity.

2. Account Security:

  • • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords, phone verification codes, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • • You agree not to share, transfer, or allow any third party to use your account.

4. Use of the Service

1. Purpose:

  • • The Service enables you to participate in our loyalty program, including earning and redeeming points, receiving notifications, and accessing exclusive offers.

2. Usage Rules:

  • • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any additional rules provided by the Company.

  • • You shall not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity that could harm the Service, other users, or the Company.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

1. Accurate Information:

  • • You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and update your account information promptly if any changes occur.

2. Security Responsibilities:

  • • You agree to safeguard your account credentials and promptly notify the Company if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Actions:

  • • You must not use the Service to commit fraud, impersonate others, or engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

  • • Attempts to bypass security features or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service are strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

1. Service Changes:

  • • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Termination:

  • • The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if deemed necessary for any other reason.

1. “As Is” Basis:

  • • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Force Majeure:

  • • The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions or errors in the Service due to events beyond its control (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (or Tokyo Summary Court, as applicable).

11. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review the Terms periodically.
